uhmm server was started witrh a wrong account. server had no rights to save the user.db, its fixed from serverside. if you still have a problem call me.

I will suggest you to reboot your router also when it happen might solved the problem

Try disable firewall if you have one , what OS are you using ? are you using vpn ? try tell us more about your pc plz
