What version of window do you use ? Make sure its window7 or newer and it have to be 64 bits version system else wont work Your power supply must be over 500 watts or greater if i was you i would start with change that 700 watts will cost you ...

... strip right side. Only default resolutions like 640x480, 800x600, 1280x720... are rendering normal and content is centered. Do you know how to make gameplay screen to be centered but not leftside with big right strape? Get into your gpu settings i am sure you can fix it by force it on full ...
