... timelimit is hardcoded in the mapscript and can be adjusted, you don't need to worry in this case. In my humble opinion a timelimit of 30 minutes would be proper.

Think you need to be Refeere to adjust time and probaly lvl 999 admins too ( maybe 25 but dont think so ).
And admins would never do that! So guess its the map that is bugging
