1-3 seconds game lag when objective sound plays

Hello. Do you know how to fix sound lags when objective sound plays? For example, "objective destroyed", "welcome to the server" sound (from rail gun), "object is taken" and more. Screen lags for a second and then sound plays. From internet I found some solutions: trying to change com_hunkmegs, com_soundmegs; turn off vertical sync in nvidia control panel; reinstall audio drivers. I tried no effect. What should be the problem? I suppose I has it for a half of year and it wasn't before.
