Update all driver for your system including Grafics ram and cpu. i had the same problem with win7 a few weeks ago i update all things and now it works fine!

Its not my Job but for ur Info this Guy allready got banned 1 or 2 Times before for Cheat(on ETc|)....and everytime he get a unban....I think the first Ban on ETc was by me....So if u have a Demo than its proof in this Case!
