Finaly i got it. If u are in game press v03 and open Task Manager - processes.
And look how many PnkBstrB.exe u have there. There must be only one. I had 2. Just turend one off (cpu usage was 0).
And all ok.

i think all ok and thats how its must be. Long time ago we had it but now... . If u to something wrong lvl down and if u are good admin thenu got lvl up (after few months or half year ).
