... solved. I did reinstall, then I change runnin it with windows 98/windows me, set cfg's. Working now, little bit lag and FPS drops.. but I can come server at least. Some maps drop fps and ping jumpin 70-499 and sound crashing, I try to fix that.. before worked pretty well.
