perhaps your fps is set too low, reset itself for some reason ... try /com_maxfps 46 (try the lowest setting 1st) to see if theres any change, and if it does set the number to 76 of 111 it could also be caused by your graphics settings resolution being too ...

Since the nitmod development is not activ anymore, its not fixable then. You can try to visit http://www.etmods.net and report your bug there, but this will maybe nobody read.

Maybe reconfigure your networksettings.
Try to restart router, to get a new ip.

If your game crashes when next map is loading, then you should try to change your lagometer from value 2 to 1.
This mostly happens when you use some custom cfg from google.
