Or try do delete all files ending with .pk3 and .dll in the nitmod folder. problem solved. I did reinstall, then I change runnin it with windows 98/windows me, set cfg's. Working now, little bit lag and FPS drops.. but I can come server at least. Some maps drop fps and ping jumpin ...
